snow
well im buried and the the truck's stuck in mud too it been blowing and snowing all night and still coming down. all the schools are closed up. guess its a good time to stay home and work on inside stuff

Just a cold front with some rain for us so far, but still means I have to suck it up and haul up some firewood today.
I'm really not up to the firewood thing, it's something I usually like to do, outside, good physical labor but I'm truly not up to it.

We got probably 6-8 inches over night..warm enough to have "Thundersnow"...more expected, but..the ground has thawed so it will melt quickly. As I've often said, at least here in Mi. is it common for Old man winter to rise up one last time and say "okay..I'm leaving, but I am the boss here"...eh, you have to laugh, poor a fresh cup of java and go about biz..whining doesn't help, Lord knows I've tried that technique...

free your going to get more then that, from what the radar looks like, then all that 30 mph wind too. we were getting gusts up to 50, the power even went out. had to reset my apc back up for the desktop ,poped the breaker again. cant even see most of the wifes car out there, its starting to drift over..... and this is sap season too... good ole march came in like a lamb and going out like a lion..its just roaring  ya think they will blame this on the qwake too?

It's still snowing here also. I hate the heavy wet stuff. Can only shovel for a few minutes, before my back is toast. So far we have recieved about 6-8" with another 2-4" more still to come. I got stuck in my driveway already today. I am so glad I am on my days off.

Fortunately we got spared over here. We only got a lot of rain.
They are saying we might get a little snow or a mix tonight.North Jersey got a foot of snow. My nephews are so happy they got another day off from school,my brother was not so happy. lol Especially because he just put up the canopy yesterday and the snow took it down today.

We have just been getting flurries on and off up here in the the northeast.today looks like a nice sunny day.I just wish winter would leave us all alone and move onto spring.

We got storms and tornados. Love the warm weather and a good thunderstorm but not the tornadic activity.

Just shoveled out the end of the drive, a good 8" at least in the drive and a couple feet deep at the end.....but it's done! Yay!...I can baha thru the 8", but the end, well, even if I did make it, my exhaust might say "Hey now Dad, that hoyts!!!"

we spent the whole day digging out , sun came out and got up to 40 even ... spring must be here almost i even got a robin hanging around my feeders and he got snowed on need two more times for spring to snow on a robin.. had to give up on my firewood , went in to eat and in that time it there was 4 inches down already, just hope i didnt tear the lawn up to bad going for wood....

seems we had flooding from all the snow then the rain that melted it off , now more snow on top of that ....the grapevine says the Mississippi will be flooding next ...we got flood watches in effect now

there's been two well traveled roads near here that have had sections washed away. the town of Henderson Minnesota, a town near me, has three major exits that are flooded.

The creek behind me at the top of it's banks. Now with all the new snow we got, I'm sure it will over flow. Just finished shoveling the driveway and sidewalk. My back has taken a big hit this time. I can hardly stand up straight. L&H, why didn't you take all this white stuff where your at???
