Even my 2 son's are too old for those hot 20 year old girl's. And it really hurt's when the girls is that grampa type love. Just messing widja. Now I'm reminded of just how long ago it's been since those rock and roll groupies. Damn it anyway.

This so true...In the morning I feel 90. Then I get that first cup of coffee and go directly to 25. Than as the day wears on, I finally act my own age. That's until I punch out of work, where I act like a kid around 12. The drive home is aging as it creeps up to somewhere around 65. I usually go to bed earlier than most, so by then I'm in my 70's, only to do it all over again tomorrow...

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
GG! Youre not even 50 yet! However, you did remind me that I need to take my night time tablets, put on my ointment, put hot water in the hot water bottle for my back, cut out the coupons for Denny's so I can be there for the early bird special at 4 with free coffee, put the creamers I took from Denny's into the ice box, set out my pills for the morning, soak my dentures and watch Lawrence Welk before I go to sleep. I need to be up at 4:30 to have my oatmeal in order to have a bowel movement so that I can drive my Buick down the middle of both lanes at 20 miles per hour under the speed limit so I can be on time and comfortable when I get to the Doctor's appointment at 7:30 and bump into Elmer and Whitey. What day is it?

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
I have diabetes and high blood pressure. My knees hurt, I take 10 pills in the morning and 14 at night. My right shoulder gives me hell sometimes. I drink Ensure. I wear trifocals. I wear sweat pants and pull over tee shirts most of the time for blood circulation. I still have all my teeth, thank God!! (I have only one filling) And gravity has taken over my tesicles...they hang low...
But my cock still gets hard on it's own and I can fuck like a rabbit!!!!!

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
Well I am 51 and feel almost the same as I did long ago. I am not sure what one is supposed to feel like at my age, and I don't really care to! I just know I feel better in the morning than I did 30 years ago, I actually pop out of bed rather than drag myself out, and I can get by on less sleep, I had certain aches and pains years ago so that's nothing new....I will never really get used to the hair taking a dive on me though I knew it was coming.....If that's the worst issue, I am smiling...

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
I know its supposed in the jokes section , but when i read it i tought of this thread.
Over 50
When I bought my Blackberry, I thought about the 30-year business I ran with 1800 employees, all without a cell phone that plays music, takes videos, pictures and communicates with Facebook and Twitter. I signed up under duress for Twitter and Facebook, so my seven kids, their spouses, 13 grandkids and 2 great grand kids could communicate with me in the modern way. I figured I could handle something as simple as Twitter with only 140 characters of space.
That was before one of my grandkids hooked me up for Tweeter, Tweetree, Twhirl, Twitterfon, Tweetie and Twittererific Tweetdeck, Twitpix and something that sends every message to my cell phone and every other program within the texting world.
My phone was beeping every three minutes with the details of everything except the bowel movements of the entire next generation. I am not ready to live like this. I keep my cell phone in the garage in my golf bag.
The kids bought me a GPS for my last birthday because they say I get lost every now and then going over to the grocery store or library. I keep that in a box under my tool bench with the Blue tooth [it's red] phone I am supposed to use when I drive. I wore it once and was standing in line at Barnes and Noble talking to my wife and everyone in the nearest 50 yards was glaring at me. I had to take my hearing aid out to use it, and I got a little loud.
I mean the GPS looked pretty smart on my dash board, but the lady inside that gadget was the most annoying, rudest person I had run into in a long time. Every 10 minutes, she would sarcastically say, "Re-cal-cu-lat-ing." You would think that she could be nicer. It was like she could barely tolerate me. She would let go with a deep sigh and then tell me to make a U-turn at the next light. Then if I made a right turn instead. Well, it was not a good relationship.
When I get really lost now, I call my wife and tell her the name of the cross streets and while she is starting to develop the same tone as Gypsy, the GPS lady, at least she loves me.
To be perfectly frank, I am still trying to learn how to use the cordless phones in our house. We have had them for 4 years, but I still haven't figured out how I can lose three phones all at once and have run around digging under chair cushions and checking bathrooms and the dirty laundry baskets when the phone rings.
The world is just getting too complex for me. They even mess me up every time I go to the grocery store. You would think they could settle on something themselves but this sudden "Paper or Plastic?" every time I check out just knocks me for a loop. I bought some of those cloth reusable bags to avoid looking confused, but I never remember to take them in with me.
Now I toss it back to them. When they ask me, "Paper or Plastic?" I just say, "Doesn't matter to me. I am bi-sacksual." Then it's their turn to stare at me with a blank look. I was recently asked if I tweet. I answered, No, but I do toot a lot."
P.S. I know some of you are not over 50. I sent it to you to allow you to forward it to those who are.
Us senior citizens don't need any more gadgets. The tv remote and the garage door remote are about all we can handle.

Dutsji, that was so good. Sat here just LMAO. I have to say that sounds so much like my dad, who's 74. He still gets confused over the TV remote. I hate reading the instructions. I look like one of those bobble heads. Just show me how things work and I can take it from there. But the up side of being over 50, grandkids. They are great chick magnets. lol

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
Well I got a new bass guitar, and when such things happen I am 12. lol....I was up till 5am jammin up a storm as I hadn't played bass for any length of time for many years and it was the main instrument played in my road days / years. Focus has been guitar, but I needed a bass to record and had given my son my bass. So this new one though not expensive is sweet, and I can record in the near future...again! SO.. I am like a lil kid. Sure the hell no sign of 51 anywhere near me....woo hoo.

Re: Best thing about being 50!!!
My oldest son who is 17 is a vivid guitar player, his instrument of choice is the Mexican Fender Strat with the sunburst pattern. I play the piano and synth. My son really impresses me with his ability to play. Never took lessons. He loves the music of John Mayer and Collective Soul. And, of course, Nirvana! He has straight long hair down to his back and a goatee. He wears sandals where ever he goes...he is more hippy than I am!
