Re: Japanese Tsunami
that one photo of the town in the valley looks like its below sea level now, the ocean come right in on it, from the way it looks ten or 20 feet underwater . guess they have set up a camp up on a mountain for the survivors and one of them volcano's started up again but they don't know if it was related or not

Re: Japanese Tsunami
Should I assume you mean the Greenwich in London? Because it's wrong if you mean the one in Connecticut.

It could be either. I'm sure the witches all fled MA long ago.

Greenwich Mean Time, or UTC time (Coordinated Universal Time)
Its the time global clocks coordinate with .
It's what this server runs on, UTC time. That's what show up on the site, on the forum posts, and on the messages.
There's some good UTC time clock converters online.

The quake, shifted Eastern Japan towards North America by about 13 feet. The quake also shifted the earth's axis by 6.5 inches, shortened the day by 1.6 microseconds, and sank Japan downward by about two feet.

Re: Japanese Tsunami
It's the radiation thing that scares me. [think i said that already] That has so many really bad impilications, I may just crawl into a hole. I'd have to find a willing one first.

Re: Japanese Tsunami
The fact that they just are at a loss and admit that they have no clue what to do and that these reactors are going to have a full out melt down is unprecedented in history and has the world very nervous.
I have heard them talking about our own situation here more in the last two days than they have in 24 years.People are now in a place in this country as well as many others that they don't trust the government anymore. Especially when it comes to our safety.People are scared and not sure how to react. Lets face it all we really know is if there is a nuclear leak its bad, if its a melt down its really really bad.We also know we should leave but don't know when or how far to go or for how long if something should happen. All this when the economy is so bad people are barely if that getting by. You watch, people tempers are going to be touchy for a while. Every body is walking around stressed.
It is heart breaking seeing what those people are going through though. It like the universe is pissed at them and wont give them a damn break. It's not fair to have them go through so much. I heard something that made me angry today. Some idiot made a statement that said "God doesn't make mistakes and there must be a reason why they are getting this all thrown at them." She also made some very prejudice remarks that I can't even bring myself to think about they were so bizarre and fucked up. I don't care how religious someone is or isn't I can't believe that someone would believe that a group of people would deserve what these people are going through. How could you not see this mess and feel for them?

Re: Japanese Tsunami
At least they finially admitted they have no control over those bro9ken reactors. Now maybe they will pour concrete over the entire thing to seal it.
There's been radiation reported in milk from CA. "None threatening" levels. I'm surprized that any was admitted.
duck and cover!!!!!
