I have. I have found that men are usually very strongly opinionated about it so I never do it without making sure they don't have a strong objection to it. Those who are open to it seem to enjoy it a lot! They also get very nervous when they know you have long nails so there has to be a trust that you wont hurt them. Once they realize that you can do it with out pain they relax.

Been there/done that, I agree with other replys men are strongly opionated about it, some like it some don't, some like a lite tickle but not from a women with finger nails hey can be deadly! lol
