Is there way to send videos to specific people? I just tried and it said invalid picture.

The only way I know of is if you use an e-mail off this site and send it direct. You can use your own or go to one of the places where you get free email and set up an account just for this type of thing.
I don't believe you can send video in an email in WN email server but I can check.

That should work.
At this time, the site does not support video attachments with it's messaging system.
