You've Got To Be Effin Kidding Me!
We are getting friggin hammered again with another snow storm! This is beyond weather, this has to be punishment for something. 10 more inches in just a few short hours and its predicted to keep going for another 5 hours. I realize that this is chicken shit in comparison to what else is going on in the world, particularly New Zealand, so I apologize for my whining. But damn, enough is enough already!

We are finally being spared this time. I know Kam is getting slammed with another storm as well. It's crazy the past few years.
The weather patterns are just not following the norms. It has also effected wild life. I know the shark situation has been a big issue and they think it has something to do with the changing weather and water temperatures.
I know we are all bitching about the snow, wind and cold. In a couple of months we will bitch about the heat and humidity.
I keep thinking wee must have pissed off mother nature big time.

I'm starting feel like I should hibernate all winter. At least I want too. I hate being cold. I know snow is pretty and all that. I wouldn't mind going to visit a place that has it on occasion but living with it and all the issues it adds to my everyday life,I can do without.

All need to re-locate here. No tornados/high winds. No earthquakes. No snow. Rarely temps below 30 (winter night cold 35-45 as the norm). Cost of living on the low side. Economy does'nt suck any more or less than anywhere else. Just the heat in the summer. I got that one though, stay naked in the shade, or stay inside. Tonight, window open so it does'nt get stuffy. Good sleeping weather. All are invited to move here. For real. Florida is too humid for my liking. We have a dry-heat.

I've wanted to move to AZ for years. Can't get my kids to go.gggrrrr I don't mind the heat HATE HUMIDITY. But it is like sticking your head in an oven during the summer.
There are also issues with fires, snakes, scorpions, coyotes not to mention black widow spiders and few more lovey critters that live there. LOL
Cost of living isn't as low as it used to be either.

You all are invited to re-locate here. No severe weather. No hurricanes/high winds etc. No earthquakes. Rarely below 30, 40-45 nights in winter. Heat in the summer, but dry heat, not as in Florida (hint hint, move here). I got that though, stay naked in the shade/pool, or inside. Economy sucks, no less or more than anywhere else. So pack it up, and head west, and south. I'm the perveman, and I approve this message.  Friday night  yea!! (anyone notice the perveman is partaking of adult beverage?)

we've had the 11th snowiest winter on record here....and as of Feb 21st to that date..it has been the second snowiest five MAJOR blizzards dropping over 10" each...and there's still at least a month of winter left, or more....

What is it with the stiff upper lip thing anyway? I've always heard that. How the hell did that start and why is it that the English are always supposed to have one?

and actually I only swung by here to say I would rather have some snow at the minute than all my rain. When it snows here I can get snowed in, but when it rains here I sit after walking backwards and forewards in it all week with a terrible cold on the sofa under a blanket.
BUT....you started asking about the routes of language and it is one of my pet interests xxx so I apologise and still love you all

Amazing that a web site that is seeming about sex has people on here that are actually intelligent,creative,caring and what most would believe to be somewhat normal. Who would have thunk it?
Does it ever do anything but rain in England? Every time I talk to anyone from England they say it's raining. I would think you would have to get around by boat by now.

Ha ha. I can get away with this (I'll keep it light though), because I traced my roots and my line starts in. Liverpool. Pure limey. This may, or could, be a clue as to my smarts. (lack of) With that, could also be why I blame the British for it, and as a whole, not individually, don't care for the "race". I can say that can't I? Could also be, the Arizona sun has finally fried my brain. Whatever.

To be honest it does rain here, but most of the time I don't notice it. We get good weather too and we are never really hit by weather extremes. I can live with that x
