I believe what is said and meant to be a joke and is funny yet true as well....."Why do dogs and other animals lick themselves?, simple, because they CAN"...and if all humans were able to "comfortably"...not "contort" do that, I'd say the largest majority would.....like almost everyone! I knew someone would get there! That's exactly what I wanted to see. Are people going to see it as masturbation or maybe homosexual behavior.

I did look into this a little bit more . I was a gymnast most of my life so I am well aware that people can contort themselves into amazing position with little to no pain. I know to someone who has never done it you find that amazing but it doesn't hurt to do a split for instance if your body is prepared for it and accustomed to it.
