Virginia
In the Shenandoah Valley we have a Water Park and Ski Resort within 3 miles of us here. Hiking trails, the Appalachian Trail, Skyline Drive, Civil War sites, mild weather. It's a slower pace here, a nice place to relax and unwind.

That's funny! And I really mean it in a good way. Regardless, and you know, would love to accept your invite to Virginia.

Re: Virginia
I could do a Civil War site tour. Also, I've been in an ice storm in Alexandria. that was not a fun weekend.

Re: Virginia
So, since there's a ski resort and water park in one place. Is it possible to use the waterslides [outside] in winter?
Is Virginia named after the little girl who asked if there's a Santa Claus?

Re: Virginia
Actually the waterpark is inside, under a huge glass Pyramid shape roof. I think they say it's the biggest indoor waterpark in US or something like that. I can see the ski slopes from my front door, they have the snow machines running full force right now, while I'm wishing for 90 degree days.Screw the resort I want SUMMER DAMMIT

Re: Virginia
We have a ski resort that has a water park also. They only use it in the summer. That way they have people coming all year long. I want the warm weather too.

It is and it's pre rolled in paper. That's how it's smoked.

Re: Virginia
The substance I roll up in paper and smoke doesn't taste anything like ham.
