Topless
If men can go shirtless in public, should women also be allowed to got topless?
Which statement better reflects your view?
A) Yes, it's sexist, men and women are equals and laws should not discriminate.
B) Who are we kidding? Hooters are a huge sexual distraction!

Hardrock here, if topless were the norm , then it would be no big deal, no one would give it any more attention than they do seeing a man shirtless.it's all the stupid taboos that society has placed that make boobs such a titillating distraction. Like anything else,drugs come to mind, make them against the law and everyone wants them. I say let them all hang out. We Want Boobies

if women were allowed to be topless, things would be different for sure, maybe more men would realize that there's more to her, than just , if they can see them every day. i myself like the mystery of wondering what's under neath the top, and am more inclined to anticipate getting her home and discovering for myself.

It is legal for women to go topless anywhere men are legally allowed in NY. This was a fight years ago in the courts.Most women don't do it but every once in a while you will see those who test this law. They also do not make this public knowledge but I think most people that lived here long enough remember the big deal it was when this was in the paper everyday until the decision was made.

Don't feel bad Wild I believe NY is the only state it is legal. But it only legal if it's not for commercial purpose's I believe. I am really surprised other states haven't used it as a precedence to get it passed in other states. Its a perfectly simple argument.

the yrs. women took off their bras,and burned them, nobody died, but any high/med sexed guy is gonna watch and see. Marti Gras also cums to mind, beads for a look, flash, far away but still so many different types, which alone would be distracting...for/to me. Also, i wonder if the huge titted women would buy into that new fashion statement, let alone Victoria Secret, who never wore bras under $400.00.. serious...nothing is sexier than topless at the beach, for me, and a sports bra while jogging, and enough to see, and precum with the hidden nipples.

To be honest, it wouldn't worry me at all if people wanted to go topless all the time or whenever in public. I do think however that the attitudes of the masses are not those of true nudists where image is not an issue and the nudity itself is barely even noticed.
I think it may well cause more image issues for those who already struggle with it and peer pressure may become a problem for those who aren't as comfortable with it.
Not sure here in the UK we have the best weather for it though and as I have said it isn't really a thing I would get into for myself.

Newbie you are very correct it is legal in ny. and it was a huge deal,and everyone talked about it for a very long time,but to date I have never seen a women topless.
I really think it should be allowed for women to go that way if they want to,but it is hard because of the big deal on seeing boobs as sexual.
