Queen of Soul
Just saw on the news that 68 year old Aretha Franklin has pancreatic cancer. Not good. I've never been a fan, but I feel bad for her and all the non famous people who got the same diagnosis today. From what I understand, pancreatic is the worst and its untreatable.

That's sad to hear, I love 'retha...
Depends on what stage the cancer is in, I've read lately that in earlier stages, it's now treatable but I don't know to what extent and all that.
I've been reading up on organ donation allot since my brother's passing, since he was a donor, and recently I've been reading about pancreas transplants, which was totally unheard of awhile back.

According to the news, Aretha has had sugery and is recovering well.
