This Site
What is going on in this site? Not much that I can see everyday it is the same, NOTHING ..... Thought it was a site to make friends and to be naughty. It's not happening. So how does a individual get involved? Beg! Okay I got that out of the way. Now someone let me know, What they think of my Profile and photos,Good or bad. I can handle it. You won,t hurt my feelings, I never get pissed off.

I would like to say I hope you really mean you want honesty because I am going to be honest.
I wont say to much about your pictures because I don't really care to much about pictures one way or the other. I care much more about the general profile. I have a very wordy profile myself but I do think it reflects my personality so I think its fine. As for yours I think you need to look at it and ask yourself a question. What are you trying to put out there? I read your profile and had mixed feelings.I said "he is very confident"....OK TOO CONFIDENT. I am a confident person and I get wanting to let people know that, but yours I felt was more "Cocky" than confident..You did ask for honesty and our opinions. I am not saying it to be nasty or even saying you should change it. You should just think of it as your personal commercial. What is the image you want out there? With that in mind decide what you want to do with your profile.
As for how to get noticed and attention... post in the forums, go to chat rooms and get involved in conversations not just try to cyber every women you see. PAY ATTENTION to those who get attention. Understand that the ratio of men to women is extreme. These men and women are doing something right to get the amount of attention they get.Be yourself,be honest, and have fun. Also be patient. There are many people on here that have met others on here, including myself. Good luck and have fun.

It is hard sometimes to get attention on this site as a guy, It takes a lot of work at times, and you have to stay active in the forums, I go in and out of periods of consistent activity on here but thats just because my life is up and down a lot. Sometimes I find myself on other sites for awhile but I always end up coming back to WN because even tho you might not get as many hits and such, its a realistic site with out the excessive amounts of sleaze bags.
Like they said, keep your profile interesting and updated and stay active and the fruits of your labor will eventually flourish.

LOL I love the just add water idea. Unfortunately things just never seem that easy for me. I will say it again some people will never get it! I understand that for the most part we live in a world of instant gratification however somethings still need to be done the old fashioned way. I don't understand why people think the internet is different than in person this is still REAL LIFE. The only place I know of that you just walk in and pick out a women and say ok lets go fuck would be a whore house. (Generally speaking that is.) Just because this is on-line it doesn't change the fact that the people involved have to find something they find attractive about the other person. Women generally need to have some form of mental attraction as well. Even if your looking for something very casual you need to have something there to get turned on. Sending me an email that just says "Hey I'm horny " just doesn't do it for me. Especially when it's someone I never even heard of.I think we should start a new thread "The way to introduce yourself and meet people on the Internet" and have everyone put real tips or stories and hope some of these people get a clue. It would be a public service.

We've done that, many, many times. It's never worked.
We've talked about the best suggestions for profiles, for photos, for personal messages, for chat...we've done it all.
Sites like this are advertised like a whore house, The main page before you join gives the impression that every person who is a member is horny without discretion, just soooo horny.
Just too many don't want to read, they just wanna get off right now, they want to hook up right now. We just can't over ride that.
Most people will have enough internet experience to realize matters of common sense. Some will learn, some never will.

I don't think of it as dumb really, just maybe a little misguided....back when I was a "band chick"....yes, for a long time I dated a muscian and was a "band chick"....anyway, allot of us, wives and girlfriends of the band members went to the clubs during thier gigs. We would hang out, dance all night, have a great time, but there always seemed to be one, or more guys that would come right out and tell one of us during the night, that they think we shouldn't be out partying, dancing and dressed in our "club gear" if we weren't single...and these guys would be so serious with that opinion. They truly think that only single women should be in a club, partying, showing any skin, and wearing any make up.
I know it sounds very silly to most of us, but these guys...somehow, someway....this was ingrained in them.

Chazzy I totally get that and you are right some people have a strange way of seeing things. I dated many musicians. The strangest thing I ever got was when I was pregnant with my first son. I went to a club that a good friend owned to hear a friends band. The head bouncer was not only a good friend as well but my husbands (Now ex-husband)cousin so he stayed real close to me all night. Several people commented that "pregnant women don't belong in clubs". I wasn't drinking or doing anything except chatting with friends and listening to the band but apparently it bothered people that I had the nerve to be pregnant and go to a club. I still don't get it.I will say that my kids all love music so maybe going to clubs and listening to music was a good thing.
