Animals...
Pet people...which is it? Dog? Cat? Goldfish? My children have been HOUNDing me for a new puppy but I am resisting their urges. What pet makes you feel loved?

not a big pet person, i guess the only pets i want are fish.
my niece had four beagles...it got crazy around her place when she lived in a one bedroom apartment.

Dogs are great, they're pure unconditonal love, so happy and goofy with those wagging happy tails, big brown eyes, they way they hang on every word and learn your language to the point you have to start spelling some words in front of them then they quickly learn the spelling too.
But I have cats, not by my choice, I live just outside the city limits of a tiny rural farm town, the poor things just get dumped, if I don't take them in, they will die either from the highway or predators...so I have lots of cats....and I love them all.

I had cats when I was a little girl, and I loved them dearly. They were very loving.
When I was married, he brought me home a six-week old pup. Taz was a pit and he loved me! Taz dug a hole at the fence line and in came a 3 month old yellow lab, Kelly. He loved her and she loved me. Then came a 3 day old pup, Skeeter. She was a mastiff-boxer mix and she loved EVERYBODY!!!
