Muzos
Last week, JustChris PM'd me and we were talking about music, writing etc., which prompted me to post that other thread about his songs that he'd written. What other musicians are here on WN? I know GrandElf is and I think I remember CountryBoy saying that hr hoped someone famous would record a tune or 2 that he'd penned. Who else?

Re: Muzos
Um my hand is up!
I still fool around on guitar, acoustic mainly and (try to play anything and everything). Been playing for a lot of years, but still not much good. But I can play quite a few tunes.
Used to be in a garage band in my early 20's. We played quite a few gigs. I wrote quite a few songs, one of which the band played. Never recorded it though.
At that time my guitar playing wasn't so hot and I was 'asked to leave', so I got into stage lighting and had a rig. Worked with quite a few local bands. Highlight was being associated with a band that supported Cold Chisel in the 80's. Used the lighting rig they had, minimal lighting though. Couldn't upstage the stars!
Sorry, that's a digression.
I own an SG Gibson electric as well as a Maton acoustic that are both back in Australia - getting more valuable every day. I have 2 acoustics I bought in China, one set up for slide. I couldn't live without a guitar close by.

I am not sure they would be considered notes. But I guess you would have to ask him.

Does it count when you change my pitch with things other than your fingertips? I am so glad I never think about the sounds and the rest of you don't hear them. Music is definitely something that has and never will come out of my mouth. Sadly I couldn't sing if my life depended on it. Maybe that's why I love and appreciate when someone can.
