What scares you?
I just hate it when I'm preparing to bake those refrigerator biscuits and when I start peeling the paper label off, it detonates in my hand....makes me jump and squeal everytime it happens.

Ok let me get this straight.
Something that detonates in your hand and which you put into an oven, a hot oven presumably.
And if it didn't detonate in your hand it must then detonate while in the oven.
I didn't know the kitchen could be like a minefield.
By the way I have never heard of these things you mention but they DO indeed sound scary.

They're refrigerated biscuits, they come in these cardboard packages, the package is kind of "spiral" wrapped cardboard canister, usually you peel off the paper wrapper, then rap the container on the edge of table of counter, and it pops open.
But sometimes, the container pops open in your hand, or in your fridge. It just makes a loud noise.

OH!, The "POP'N-FRESH" things. I do know that if they're in a semi trailer, many pop before ya the delivery point. Especially goin' over mountains in spring ride trailer.

Oh I know what scares me.
Being in a fierce electrical storm where the thunder and the lightning happen simultaneously and continuously makes night turn to day. Then you know that storm is right on top of you.
Up and down lightning from a distance is scary but it's worse when you know it's right above your head.
And you wonder if a lightning bolt will strike you in the next second.
And thank the gods if you come out safe and sound.

them there dam hornets , the ones that like soda cans they are yeller and black.. we were cutting fire wood and i stepped on a moss covered log , a cloud of them came out and chased us back to the truck we got stung 4 or 5 times each and we had to drive off, they were bouncing off the glass, dropped the chainsaw and run like hell.... i don't like bees

I an scared to death of bugs , mice and rats. I know it's an irrational fear and no matter how much I try to tell myself I am huge compared to them. I still get ridiculous if I see them. I can't even empty a trap with a dead mouse in it. I swear I actually have locked myself in the bathroom or bedroom until one of my kids gets rid of it on more than one occasion. It makes no sense but have never gotten passed it. I saw a mouse in my house once and yelled so loud the kids thought I was being murdered. Some of you might have heard it. Yes that was me! Is there anyplace I can live that has none of these things. I will do everything I can to move there.

But, you'd have to move to China, which isn't as bad as it sounds. True: I never see a cockroach! Flies are few!
However, and in case that doesn't appeal, get a cat, a large one preferably, what about a lion? Then anything bigger than a mouse is taken care of.

now that you mention fishing..and thinking about the lightning earlier, a friend of mine was beach fishing with a carbon-fibre rod. Lightning struck him, killed him. Another reason for being scared of lightning, especially in the open.

Ah, spiders....just yesterday morning, I was still in my jammies, kept feeling a tickle on my hip, thought it was a loose thread so I pulled out the waist to see if I could find it and yank the annoying thing out...but all I saw was a rather large spider looking back at me.
Yes, I did as they say, make a spectacle of myself.

i been seeing a lot about bedbugs latly and never had to deal with them but once we stayed at motel 6 and they let ya have pets too so i brought the black lab in and was going to let him sleep inside to he found his place on the floor and we got in bed , i started to feel something crawling on me and got up found found we had a bunch of ticks on us and i watch the dog for ticks anyway and he wasnt in long enough for ticks in the bed, i put him back in the explorerer, he has his traval cage in there and likes it just fine. i went to the office and told them i wanted another room is full of ticks and they said fine
i check rocky over the next day and found a couple and removed them, we were from up north it was early for them critters yet, still had snow on the ground...and the ticks?

Waiting to be in pain scares the hell out me. You know when yo have to go for surgery or any other medical procedure that you know will cause allot of pain yet you have no choice.
Also being restrained or locked in someplace I can't get out.I don't even like to look at someone in a straight jacket in a movie it freaks me out. Or those Vampire movies when they put someone in a locked coffin or grave. YUK! They couldn't pay me enough to to take that part. I can't break the law because I would lose it if I had to be put in handcuffs or locked up.

BIG spiders scare the bejeebies out of me. Oddly enough, I was sitting in the floor on my laptop last night and I felt a tickle on my left wrist...small-ish spider. For once I didn't freak, I just smacked it off and went on about my business...but if it were in my hair...I'd still be a-hoppin'!
