This site is awsome. But I've been on for a while and can not seem to connect. Can a nice female review my profile and let me know what it takes to meet someone with NSA and ready to be a FWB?

You could add a little more to your text, just because you're looking for NSA, doesn't mean you can be a bit warmer and personal with you profile. A few little "ice breakers" peppered in might be a good move.
Maybe stuff like do you travel? Listing a few hobbies and interests shows a passion for life and and a lively mind.
Most of us hang out in General Discussion, you could come on over there and hang with us. The chatrooms will give a chance to talk to quite a few people, that's a good thing.
