i'm pretty sure that you can't upload a video that you may have already recorded, but you CAN upload a video taken directly from your webcam.

yes you can only upload a video direct from webcam,I have asked support about other ways and there is none.

Uploading directly from you pc webcam is the best way to guarnatee that the video is really of the person uploading it, and not something pirated off the internet.
