Sturgis Bike Rally!!!
Just curious if anyone is going to the annual Sturgis Bike Rally in Sturgis SD.It starts the 2nd week of August and Its the 70TH Anniversary and is going to be one Big Party for the entire week and I for one will be there!

thats a long way to go... evan with a pellowtop seat we have to get off the bike every 4 hrs....

I've been to one, only one biker party. It was crazy fun.
It was a weekend long party, with kind of a mid-way set up with tattoo booths, smoke booths, biker gear booths, and a huge gyroscope you could climb in and ride. There were bands playing every day and of course....a high percentage of the party goers accessorized themselves with their pet snakes.
I suppose Sturgis is kind of the same, only much bigger and bolder?

Dont forget the games chazzy...lol the wet t shirt & wet panty contests, the keg roll, weiner contest, rubber toss.I go about every other year, but actually i like the one in Menoken Grove North Dakota better

never been out to Sturgis , but been to tomahawk for the coloramma ride they make the sidecars for hd there, we missed last year but the year before it rained two days straight, wet bikes, wet leathers, and just plain wet.we had dinner at the tomahawk family resturanrt the whole town was lined with bikes and people hiding under the eves. we ate and decided to just go back home and never made it to bubba's big party and three days to dry out
