kitchen nightmares
this time some place called jacks on the lake . i don't now the chefs name but he is one smart dude. he goes out back of the place and theirs people out there ice fishing he gets a jig pole and caught a bucket full of crappies and perch and hes going to make fish chowder out of them.
the kitchen crew still cant get the food on the tables. sounds like a great place to eat now

Gordon Ramsey visited Jack's Waterfront Restaurant in St. Clair Shores. This is a repeat episode from 11/7/08. There was no clear happy ending, but the owners took steps based on Ramsey's advice. I found various reviews.
One stated they visited last summer, the owners seem to be on the right track with the food and at least one of Ramsey's new dishes, the poached salmon, remains on the menu.

oh ya they fired the ole man , he was logging 80 hours a week and the kitchen crew just had no team work at all i would of booted half of them too. iwant, St. Clair Shores is that in michagan ? have to do a google in it to see how far from the wife home town it is.
