Easter menu
are ya going out for dinner or are you staying home?
we are staying home and making a ham with brown sugar and cloves, mashed taters sweet tater casserole with marshmallows,mixed veggies, marshmallow fruit salad and spice cake with frosting and some brisket's and butter

to be honest my easter menu consisted mainly of alcohol but had some ribs off the bbq

we sure got a lot of left overs, she made scalloped tators and ham , and ham and eggs and toast from breakfast too. soom ill be hamed out and all that will be left is the bone for spit pea soup

we had ham. there wasn't a lot left. we bought an 8 1/2 pound ham, for 7 people, and not much left, just enough for a few sandwiches, and some home made split pea & ham soup!
