Hypothetical
I love these kinds of questions, this is all made up, completely hypothetical.
Okay, hypothetically...you live in a home, with your family (parents, siblings, spouse and kids, whatever) late one night you hear a ruckus, step outside and see a violent crime in progress, robbery, assault, whatever... a major violent crime with a victim harmed.
You're standing there in front of your home, you see the criminal and before he flees, he looks right at you and sees you and.... he knows where you live!
Would you....immediately call 911 and be a witness even though it may make you a target and possibly end up in court testifying...would you call 911 for the benefit of the victim, but refuse to aid any further for fear of the safety of yourself and your family.

that happened to a Friend one night , he heard a bunch of yelling and noise out front, he went out the front door with a shotgun and found a bunch of Mexicans beating the snot out of a another one, he fired the gun they all fled.he had to call 911 the guy needed a ambulance bad, they chased him down the tracks to his porch.i think that was the end of it,ill have to ask some time don't know if he survived or what... he did put the place up for sale after though.

If he didn't have a weapon, well not a gun, i would have to tackle him, i'm to mouthy not to and i couldn't just let him walk away, i'm a bit on the aggressive side when put on the spot, i know, it's a big shock to you all!!!  
But if i had to i'd make sure the tosser paid, in one way or another

i not only have a abandoned a old abandoned dried up well... hypothetically, its also empty, deep & wud take a miracle for anyone not knowing its location to find it... hypothetically
