Celebrating women
Wow, just realized that March is "Women's History Month"
Well, we still have a few days left so....
What women in history do you admire, for their accomplishents, their opinions, their impact on the world, even....their sex appeal?
I admire Margaret Sanger, for her determined fight to bring birth control to women.
I like Sophie Loren for being the classical beauty through out the decades.
Princess Diana, for refusing to live in a wallow of self pity, picking herself up and carrying on with a remarkable grace.

Re: Celebrating women
Cleopatra: would loved to have met her, very powerful woman, had men falling at her feet, she was feared by so many people.
Joan of Arc; another strong woman, had no fear and was respected enough to be followed into battle, despite being a woman.

Re: Celebrating women
She's not that "historical" but I just love Betty White, there's something about her, the little spunky potty mouthed gramma. So funny!
