is the snow melting by u if ya even have snow ... 
only a month left for drilling holes in the ice

yeah, the snow has really gone down, i can see over the snow banks now. all fish houses in Minnesota were required to be off the ice as of Sunday.

that wouldn't be good, I'm 2 blocks from the Wisconsin and the mouth of the prairie that runs behind our new place here ....seen the trackes washed out once and the train was in the wisconsin river, im sill above the dam yet

 but you never know about this area in March, it can come in like a lion, and go out like a lion. (hopefully the large amount of snow is over)

Unseasonably warm here this season... no snow at all in the city... It was all up in the mountains except for Cypress Mountain where all the snowboarding events took place during the Olympics. They had to truck some snow in from neighboring mountains. It's time to dig out the BBQ, sunglasses and water skis.

we got the grill out too made chicken smothered in sweet baby rays tonight and mac and cheese,even took the mountain bike down needs air in the tires though

The snow is going fast here also. March did come in like a lamb. Just hope that its not going to go out like lion. Bike/walking paths are still covered in snow and ice, so that is out. But its been in the low 40's here with lots of sun. Gotta love it.

according to a friend, who reads the Farmers Almanac? it's predicting 30-40 more inches of snow by the end of March...  (and it's quite possible. three storms of 10" or more is all it takes.)

Now that is enough out of you. We don't need another 30-40" of that stuff. But the up side is, it won't be here long.

I'm lucky there. The creek behind me doesn't get the high. Even when we had the 9" of rain one day, I didn't even get a drop of water in the basement.
