exercise
Have started a new exercise regime...but cant quite decide what to wear..help me out will you?
Have done it in a just a t shirt
Have done it in exercise gear
Have done it in underwear
Still get very hot and sticky....whats best, any ideas?

I usually do mine in just my girl boxers and a vest t-shirt
always find i still get all hot and sweaty but not to bad
