Putting a "voice" to the print....
We all see what is posted, in text...sometimes the text shows a little attitude, sometimes we add an emoticon...
But...can you describe your voice? Can you describe the way you speak?
I giggle when something is funny, when I'm happy/excited, I'm pretty animated with the body language, and there's definite inflection in my voice. When I'm pissed I speak in a low and quiet monotone in a very concise to-the-point way.
Some people have a "telephone voice"....hubs does, his voice lowers when he's on the phone.

Gues i can him his hands, i have a low voice too. hen i'm at work, through the radio, i have to corrects myself not to sound low monotone.

Just as you said above Chazzy, it all depends on feelings and emotions balancing it with personality and character of a individual along with other personal factors surrounding the situation/s and/or circumstance/s.

My voice has been described as soft, sweet, and sexy. Like velvet. One person said I sound very young, like a 12 y.o.
I don't hear my voice as any of those. I guess it is soft, cuz many cannot hear me. My roommate says that all changes when I get on the phone. Then I am much louder.
And, Chazzy, similiar to you when I get pissed I go into a zone and the voice gets a little deeper but the meaning is always clear.

And if I may add to this.... the different octaves from Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass are used according to what I'm feeling and doing. When communicating via the Internet whether it's stating something in a forum, typing to each other, or sending a email, it's more impersonal and many times the information being read can be misleading and/or misunderstood due to not having an attached voice and not knowing a individual personally or well. I've been asked in the past by a few to be a sex phone operator due to my voice but after looking into a few companies I declined the offers.

You're not missin' anything there tica. I've done phone sex work....and it's a job for sure, it may sound fun, but it's all work. The companies are pretty strict, allot of rules and guidelines that must be followed to the letter, allot of assholes (just like doing web cam work) who get "theirs" and then a day later do a charge back on the credit card.
Even if you have "set hours" to work, the company will call and insist that you log in to work, because of an extremely high volume of calls at that moment, even at 2am, or when you may have something else going on, they expect you to drop everything and work.
Don't even get me started on the freaky stuff and the startling strange callers..

I speak like a typical Londoner. At work i speak more politer then i would normally lol
I am told all the time i have a very dirty laugh, i don't believe that for a minute!!!

i have a smooth voice, and since I'm from the south i have that southern twang when i get around friends but a deep sophisticated voice when at work i guess you could say i have many voices but its hard to describe because u sound different to you re self than u do to others because Ive heard recordings of my voice and i was like dang was that me lol
