excersise
For all of you who will be over eating during the holidays, dont forget to excersise, myself however, i dont need to, i get enough excersise by pushing my luck, jumping to conclusions & flying off the handle....lmao

My Exercise input...
I tried it, I liked it, I know you will too!!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate
Exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina. Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Hey...a glass of wine will do me..big glass and topped to the brim...now lifting that to my mouth up and down..up and down....now thats real good exercise in my book!!

Much easier to keep lifting the glass of wine..than scrolling with ur finger......mmmmmm well my finger certainly will get bigger ..might come in useful somewhere??? ....
