Computer Games
I have quite a few of games I purchased at Comp USA, Best Buy and other electronic stores that I use to be able to play. Is there any form of program or patch I can download from the Internet so I can use them on this laptop that uses a Vista platform? Thank you in advance.

Depends on a lot of things, if they're older games, it depends on which operating system they were for. The older DOS games can be played through a program like DOSBox. The earlier versions of windows can be emulated in Windows XP, Vist, or 7 so that they run as if they are in the older operating system, but that only works if they can be installed.
Other than that you're fairly screwed.
More specifics on the issue will get you more specific information
