Just once
The shows where they do "makeovers" on people.
When the person suggesting the makeover gets asked why they want this for another.
Have that person say "look at 'em Don't you think they need it?"

Re: Just once
I don't know, guess it's how you look into the mirror with them. Maybe the individual just had a child, or has been through a traumatic time in their life long or short term, allowing themselves to slide a little not caring for themselves, then a friend comes around suggesting a pick-me-up for their friend so that they can try to get out of their rut and they can feel better about themselves building their self esteem and confidence up once again? (hope what I said came out right)

Re: Just once
u r spot on. the 'perfect people' of this world cant see beyond their noses. maybe the 'friend' wants to arrange a makeover cause their pals life has been shit till now. unless you been there, don't judge. black eye, broken jaw, generally beaten senseless, takes a lot of guts to move on. ant help is always appreciated.

Re: Just once
They actually do just come out and say it on "What not to Wear" sometimes...
I like that show, it's fun.
It's nice to see some very deserving people get the makeover..
