Vista and IE7
I know i saw in this configuration somewhere a way I can fax from this puter.
Any idea where I can find it?

Does the computer have a fax modem built into it? IF it does the settings are all in the control panel under modem, if it doesn't you don't have the capability.

Ok, thanks Mooant. I'll check that. 
I looked under phone and modems. It shows me a box that asks for area code and more. No items listed.
I looked in device manager and it shows a fax modem there. Now I'm not sure how to use it.

Been a while since I've done one of these setups, after the area code is setup (which you'll see next to that checkbox, otherwise hit New or Edit to change it) you'll need to use a program to send or receive faxes. Windows has one built in that I've never used, but there's also a bunch of free ones out there if you google fax from your computer.

I was thinkin that too. Just not sure how I can set it up to work with the Verizon wireless card.

We use the free online faxes too, we don't need to send a fax but once in rare while so the free ones are okay.

I just thoughtt it'd be nice to have for home. I could scan into the puter then fax it.
