Telecommuters
Does anyone here work from home? I'm not really talking about avon or partylite or any of those numerous scams or selling jobs out there. But really work from home for an actual company. I've been trying to find a data entry job and I have a boss at a company I use to work for looking into it for me but I was just wondering if it was really possible or just another urban legend?

Re: Telecommuters
Did you try Monster and other job sites? If it is done from home it would be reasonable to assume that one could also apply over the phone.
Data entry would probably require a password and access to the LAN though.
I have heard of the beast however but never known anyone that did it.

Re: Telecommuters
I've tried monster and they just have the same ole "make 50,000 a month from home" . I don't even have to read any more than that to know that its a scam. When you watch all these reality shows they show these people with home offices who are employed at home but its still a mystery to me. Hopefully I'll get a yes answer from the company I used to work for and then I'll have no problem juggling work, kids, and school(starting full time in Sept)
