If I need some camper parts, you'll be the first person I hit up!

Re: too good to be true?
My condo, got it for a cheap 65k (now have 75k in mortgages due to my Ex). Its a shit hole, there's water damage to the window frames, but I can't do the repairs because it violates the condo association bylaws, but the condo association refuses to fix it. The kitchen is the size of a small walk in closet, the bathrooms are poorly designed and cannot be moved because of the condo bylaws. The AC/Heater unit is this one of a kind make and will cost about 15k to get a new one custom made when it finally breaks (knock on wood). The oven is the only other appliance I haven't had to replace because of it breaking down. And I've only lived here for 5 years...
Anyone want a condo?

Re: too good to be true?
seen a show on TV the other night a gal in a chair she been in a condo for 25 years and don't want to move, she wanted the bathroom remodeled and had two crews there and fired both, they just didn't get it right and the 2ND one gutted the bath, the 3rd guys must of been HUD and did a fine job making it assessable.

Re: too good to be true?
We stopped at Lowe's yesterday and bought 3 palm trees, 1 is about 6', one is about 9' and the third is about 4'. They were $1.00 each. The 4' one I was able to split into 4 trees. The palm trees were originally $30 each. We now have 6 potted palm trees on the patio. We also got a Kimberly Queen Fern marked down to $1.00 from $48.00. I need to split that into 4 plants as well.

I love that show (Mike Holmes) "Holmes on Homes. They call him "do it right Mike" I think....he's a master at construction and shows where everyone else did it wrong, and how to do it right.
The show I caught part of yesterday, was a woman who rented to what she thought was a really nice couple but they ended up turning her house into a Pot growing co-op...they got busted, and the cops took all the plants but left the woman with huge problems in her house...good show.
