why is there so many cam girls on chat trying to sucker you in??

We can deal with them very effiecently and quickly....just use the "report this profile" link at the bottom of thier profile, and just type in "camgirl"....it's fast and anonymous.
Then write a message to me, funlovingpair or lonelyandhorny with the nickname of the camgirl, we'll take it from there. 
While you are in the chatroom with a camgirl and you are solicited, (even if she takes you offsite to solicit you) announce to the entire room that she (by nickname) is a scammer to warn all others not to waste their time, if they get ignored, there's no incentive for them to log in here.
Those are the steps you can take. We hate scammers here, we are more than happy to take any effort to boot 'em and block 'em...and we do rely on and appreciate any member reports of them.
