Living Erotic Art Survey
Would any one be interested in taking part in a mature no holds barred discussion/panel/critique of living erotic art?I would like to
discuss the following:
1. your initial views and why they are the way they are
2. do you consider such representations in the category of art
3. what effect if any do you feel such expression has on the
human society(locally and globally).
4. what,in your mind ,makes an erotic art image cross the line to
pornography.
5. do you believe that blatant sexual conduct photographed with
art direction is acceptable,or does it remain gratuitous.
6. are you shocked by such representations.
7. what is your understanding of sexualitsensuality/eroticism...
where do you place your awareness/acceptance/participation
of such things.
8. what is your view on reality based media regarding the ever
proliferating imagery of "actual" sexual conduct in filmand
related media(photographic arts as well)
9. can you appreciate such expressions regardless of your
personal/societal restrictions.
10. where do you think such expressions are leading to(evolution
or continued demoralization of the human species)
There is more...but lets begin with these points. All commentary,
no matter how harsh, is solicited.
I would like to set a chatt group somewhere if there are enough respondants.
Peace and Blessings,
Artful1

Re: Living Erotic Art Survey
Pornography is created to appeal to people who created the market for it. I know that doesn't make any sense to anyone else, pornograpy is a product manufactured for the purpose of profit, marketing, producing and selling what the public will pay for. Erotica is display of someones intimate sensuality. It exists for the artist himself, it's pure and will exist and stand on it's own without any need whatsoever from the general spending public,it will exist in spite of the general public. It should not be judge, or critisized because it's not ours to pin any statements on. The statements are ours, the art is not, it only belongs to the one who created it, and we should only admire the work, or allow ourselves to be curious, or turn away from it.
(I've been up late, had a couple of Black Russians, even slammed a few shots of straight vodka, I'm sure I'll re-read this later at a more sober moment and feel like a complete fucking idiot, embarrassed that I made such an ass of myself with all this disconnected babbling)

Re: Living Erotic Art Survey
back 100 years or so ago, taking nude pictures of prepubesent girls was a repectable hobby. a very well respected mathmaticion named charles dodson did quite a bit of such picture taking. he made signifigant contributions to mathimatical studies.
he is better known today by his nom-de-plum-
Lewis Carrol.
another piece of off topic bit of trivia floating around in the whirling vortex i once called a mind.
