Transformers
I'm sorry, I'm just a big kid when it comes to big giant transforming robots that talk...
The new movie looks pretty good, loved the first movie.
Got a favorite Decepticon or Autobot?
So...if you were a transformer, what would tranformer from and into? A car, boat, plane, oooOOOh...how about a submarine eh?

Re: Transformers
Is transforming into an adult an option?
I want to get this transformer movie on dvd as well. I liked the show when it was a regular cartoon on tv years ago.

i never did like that show, and i thought the toys were stupid when i was a kid. i'm not a fan of the movies, and i probably won't see either one of them. but that's just me, now if it were He-Man and the Masters of the Universe....

Re: Transformers
Oh really, Transformers kick he-man ass for real now!
Transforming into a car would be cool if parking is a prob in your area, just pull up where you going, transform and walk...but then again, most everything now is by law wheelchair accessible but not giant robot accessible...

I'd think everything would be accessible for a giant robot.

Well, kinda...only like...no proper seating in theaters and resturaunts if a giant robot just wants to have a chill night kickin' back with human friends or other giant robots...or if a giant robot needs to run into Walgreens for a few robot hygiene things, he'd have to lift off the roof or something like that.

Yes, I'm sure it'd get off a lot of roofs. I'd think robot hygene things would be gotten at an auto parts store.

Re: Transformers
Yeah, but robots don't sleep, and Walgreen's is open 24 hours and they have everything there. It's hard to find an auto parts store open at 3am, if you happen to be a partying kind of robot.
(Eh, the more ridiculous this gets, the more I like it)

I don't think the hours would be a problem for a giant robot. After all, he could get it's roof off.

Re: Transformers
It wouldn't matter if you're a Decepticon (they're kinda weak in the moral values department) but if you're an Autobot you might feel differently about pillaging.

Transformers - pah!
KITT in the new Knight Rider can transform his paint job from black to silver.
The Germans are very upset that The Hoff has been replaced though...

Re: Transformers
Ford blantently using the new Nightrider series as an ad kind of ruined that series for me. I've still watched it but it's still not the same.
Giant transforming robots with thier humor is pretty had to beat.

Re: Transformers
I thought at first, it would be cool to be a robot that could transform into a submarine, but then again I live in Missouri...so re-thinking it all, maybe it would just be more practical for me to be a robot that could transform into a tractor or other type of farm implement? There are some rivers nearby, but I really don't see much use of being a submarine if you don't have ready access to a whole ocean ya know....

There's plenty of "diving" you can do even if you're landlocked...

Re: Transformers
Hmmm, I love the Transformers. Especially the click - click - click as they transform. My son got some for his birthday and I had to play with them to see how they changed. I would love to transform into a sleek Porsche - hot red, maybe even flames, something that hugs the road, with curves to spare.

Re: Transformers
I've watched them since they first came out... had some toys when I was a kid.... Saw both of the movies and loved 'em! The first one was better, though.....
I don't know the name of my favorite one but he's a GMC pickup.... he's carrying the soldiers in the second movie.
