July 4th
Any plans? I doubt we'll do anything special, the hubs switched back to night shift, so he pretty much sleeps all day, even on his days off.
I'd like to fire up the grill and sit on the deck for a bit at least, maybe a Margarita or two...any local firework display, I can see nicely from my house.
I'll check the History Channel and see if they are running any really cool Revolutionary war stuff that night....I do love that kind of stuff...
Happy 4th!!

Re: July 4th
Not much planned really. I'm playing for a private party on Friday night. Other than that, I'll probably just weed the garden and wax the Hummer.

Re: July 4th
My crew is coming in, and some friends. If everyone shows up I will have 12 here. We are having a cookout and will be on the river fishing and riding the wave runner. I am looking forward to it, and my son will be out of the hospital, and should feel much better. Then later fireworks...

We're having family over for a cook out on Saturday afternoon, then going to a friend's house to watch the fireworks. Sunday we're having friends over a cook out and pool party and byob.
And now I need to get dressed and get to the grocery store...

Re: July 4th
Well, lets see yesterday it was 125 degrees and a steady wind of 20mph. Today will be the same. Any yes I have to work on the 4th. But at home I hope everyone has a happy 4th. We are all are thinking of you , family and friends and missing them. Please enjoy the 4th and I wish you all could bring me some coleslaw, potato salad and a good old American stake which is not boiled before it is put on the grill. LOL
Love you all , take care and really look at that flag when the parade goes by and stand tall.
