Embarrassed to admit it but....
Aw, we did this one once a long time ago, it was fun.
I like fun, so maybe we can do it again.
What are some things that you might be just a little embarrassed to admit about yourself? Little things maybe like a few cheesy CD choices in your music collection (got any ABBA???)A certain movie that makes you cry every time...ya know...that kind of thing...open up and finish the sentence "I'm embarrassed to admit it but...."
I'll start, sometimes I'll run across old episodes of "Little House on The Prairie" and watch it, the story line is always dated and cheesy but I just love the mellow simplicity, the scenery, the period props, etc...
I love kid's G rated movies, did I hear they are making another "Over the Hedge" movie? Oh yeah!!!

Re: Embarrassed to admit it but....
another would be "The Waltons" Always laughed when it was on, but liked the simplicity in that show too. I a big fan of cartoons. More specifically Qubo on Saturday mornings [liked "Jane and the Dragon] until they canceled it. PBS has some good cartoons/ anime too. "Dragontails" is a favorite.
Sure wish I had one of those scales to escape.---

The movie that I love is "Steel Magnolias." I cried like a baby when I first saw that movie. It is sad, funny, and heartbreaking.

I was watching the Stephen King movie Carrie for the second time. At the end you know the hand from the grave comes out and grabs the girl, i knew it and still, i almost jumped as high as the ceiling. Glad i was with my girl, she tought it was cute.

Re: Embarrassed to admit it but....
Not really embarassed to admit it, but if your are here, I become a little embarassed. I can cry while watching so many movies or even cartoons. Stories with heart felt or emotional scenes. Especially with animals involved. I believe I get that from my dad. I've watched him cry at many a movie, sob in fact, and that's okay with me.

That movie terrified me. We went to Georgetown to see it, (went with my sister). I was sure I would start to hear rapping in the attic.

Re: Embarrassed to admit it but....
I liked watching Wimbledon this year. At least the singles matches. Serena won over her sister Venus.
I even watch golf sometimes.
The Exorcist isn't the only movie I like watching. Any "scarry movie" is interesting.

yup, that's when i cried, not necessarily because of the loss of greatness, but it made me think about how my girls would react if i died suddenly...

That's ok Chazzy. It's still not as bad as coloring unboiled eggs.
