Where are you made of
Although my passport says i am a Belgian, i know a 100% Belgian doesn't exist. I know some of my grandparents are from Holland and France. Even 1 German in the family. From this they made a mix and i stepped on this world.
Where are you all from ?, where are your roots ?
If i ask something that's done before i bet someone will tell me.

Oh now....we don't mind so much if a topic has been done a few times before, there's new people joining everyday so even an repeated topic can give some a chance to answer or talk about something they didn't have the chance to before when it was posted.

Re: Where are you made of
my father was French Canadian, (grampa came down from Canada, not sure where though, but couldn't speak English very well).
mom's got a little mixture of German, Dutch and Irish.
i really think i might start a family tree, and trace my roots. i know that my last name is actually Cajun.

Always thought Cajuns were a sort of tribe of French Canadian living together.

Re: Where are you made of
1. a member of a group of people with an enduring cultural tradition whose French Catholic ancestors established permanent communities in Louisiana and Maine after being expelled from Acadia in the late 18th century.
2. the French dialect of the Cajuns.
(I'm in training for an internet search/research job!)
