I think
I think I found you, but I am afraid to to speak
for fear of chasing you away.
My heart is open for kindness, friendship and caring.
I enjoy the closeness of cuddling, holding hands or
just walking hand in hand on the beach.
Although I don't drive, I will make a valiant effort
of being near you at the right time.
The warm evenings, the stars and the sky are an
invitation for an advancement to spend quiet time
together.
I can cook your meals and pour your wine and offer
you laughter when their should be tears of joy that is
We can laugh together at a karaoke bar or play pool or
just sit by the pool and enjoy the evening breeze.
We can watch the clouds drift by in the passing sky.
But first we have to meet and see if all these things
are possible for true friendship to happen.
Compatability is a requirement required to surpass
the challenges that lie ahead.
