Exercise
Well summer is almost here and its time to loose a few pounds. Anybody got any fun ideas on some exercise. I mean fun too! God I hate aerobics and pilates.

There is always the good ole nude push-ups with a friend. Not to mention the even better reverse nude push-ups !!!

go outdoors in the evening for a brisk 30 minute walk with a friend. then when you get home have a nice hot quick love session. theres nothing like
sweaty sex action, and you can use it as an incentive to take the walk in the first place
before you know it you'll be down a few pounds ,and
realizing you had fun gettin there. if anyone tries this let us all know the results!!!

Well, having sex in a jacuzzi is fun and a good workout... I workout everyday for 3 hours in the gym... Working out makes me horny... The more I workout, the hornier I get... I realized that working out makes me last longer when I am having sex... Gals are attracted very easily to me because they like guys who workout... I am also easily attracted to gals who workout... I think working out makes u feel sexy and confident...I think u need to learn to like to workout... It is not only good for your body but also increases sexual energy... It does wonders for me...

We workout every day. We lift weights and ride bikes 20 milesevery other day.
In my own workout is anywhere from 800 to 1000 crunches of different types, for different sections of my abs, as well as squats, and curls.
I like working out, it makes me feel better as well as look better and when you do your whole outlook on life in general is better. Sex is better than anything else and you don't feel as if you've run 40 miles after a vigorous session of it, you feel pleasantly tired, but energized all at the same time.
As for me, I like to workout in a bikini top and G-sting, ride in a bikini top and short shorts....it makes Warren ride harder and longer when I'm in front of him!
Although I have been known to do my workout in short shorts and ride in a G-string!

Will you please come to the next PT qualifying for our company? I'm positive all the soldiers would complete the course in record time. Maybe we could work in an offer for "exclusive" veiwing privilages for the soldier with the best overall performance.

Routine:
Aerobic
2.5 mi walk in 30 minuets or less (hauling ass!)
Vary level of effort on eliptical,stairsteps or treadmill. In other words, start at a 5/10 effort for 1-1.5 min interval. use them like sets for weights. Interval of "5" to warm up then intervals of 5-6-7. Back to "5" then 6-7-8....7-8-9..........8-9-10. ATTACK 10 like a boxer in the last min of the 10th round trying to knock his opponent out because he is losing on points.
Each time you start a new string of intervals, start them higher than the last. If you do 30 min of this you will feel it the next day.
Try using dumbells in high rep large muscle group exercise. Lunges(firms the ass too), squats,stairs and obstacle course.
Unassisted situps with heels on the ground up to spine straight for 2 min for max reps. Keep your fingers interlocked at the apex of your head so you don't strain your cervical spine.
Better than crunches for toning the lower and upper abs and causing adaptation and control of your entire trunk.
Since we are on the subject of PT.......for the guys
For chest and triceps:
Get your max amount of reps for 2 min. During this 2 min your profile is straight with no bending at the knees. 1 rep counts when your upper arms are paralell with the ground on the down stroke and you return to arms locked,legs locked,level profile(rest position).
After you get your max:
1/2 your max in 35 seconds. Rest position for 1 min.
1/2 your max in 45 seconds (don't worry about the extra time, you will need it)
10-15 reps above 1/2 your max in 1:20
Immediately do your unassisted situps for max reps after the wheezing stops and the room isn't spinning any more.
3-5 min rest period
Repeat
I used to do 5 sets of max reps in 2 min periods for each set with no mandatory rest position for both pushups and situps with 1 min rest between both.
This is MUCH more difficult. Your triceps and chest will be pumped and have better endurance so as to not interfere while you are trying to isolate other groups during resistance exercise.

That exercise plan only works if you buy the TV advertised $24.95 a bottle of melt away fat as you sleep! (results may vary)

Ha,Ha.
The kit comes with a drill seargent. After the first 30 reps he would be willing to count "one!"....sure sweetpea.*smooch*
Even I can't get all the sets done yet. It's a new program for me.
How about the aerobics? Do you have good knees? (Always beware when they ask you this)

Sex as an exercise must work... Did you know the Ramses II, considered the Greatest Phaoroh of Egypt live to be over 90 years old at a time when the life expectancy was 40? He had over 200 wives and concumbines and sired over 100 children.... I am convinced that sex was his exercise...

maybe that was why they called him "the great". it would be rude to call the pharoah "stud-muffin".

Ok Ok I give up. I'll try to *gulp* like exercise but it may help if lovemetender and pepper came over to personally supervise. You know make sure I'm doing it right.
I'm jumping right on those melt away fat pills anything thats on tv must work huh?

If I had 200 concubines and they would service me anytime in any way I desired.................I think I'd be feeling pretty good about myself too.
Okay, I just realized I don't need to suffer through all this hateful PT. I just need to get some concubines. I don't really need 200. 2-3 would do nicely.
I wonder if I can get a barracks assignment for them when I deploy?

personally I jog between 7-10 miles a week and do upper body workouts 2-3 times a week , cant dunk a basketball like I did when I was 25 but hey michael jordan couldnt either .

I'll be happy to supervise, CG, but I guarantee, there won't be a lot of exercise going on....but definately a LOT of sweating!
