How will he do?
How do you think Conan O'Brien will do as the Tonight Show host, replacing Jay Leno? Will he be a hit or a flop?
I personally don't think the man is funny. When he tries to tell jokes, they seem to land with a thud! He acts freakin' silly but his only saving grace may be his interviewing skills, which are acceptable.
His new audience will be a bit more critical of his style than the audience he had in his old 12:30-1:30am time slot. He will have to bring his act more in line to what Leno had.
This is my opinion so I will discount your opinion if it does not coincide with mine!!

I haven't watched Conan since way back when Andy was his side kick and he was on really late at night, I liked his show quite a bit then.
I'm sure Conan will have run the middle of the road between what his own fans expect from him, and still try to hold the fan base that Jay had for that time slot too.

I knew Leno would do alright. I had seen him live a bunch of times before 1991. He has the chops and O'Brien doesn't!!
