What a ride!!!!!
My wife and I bicycle with a group called Healthy Gears on Saturday morning. We ride on a bike section of trail which is part of the east coast "Rails to Trails" that goes from Florida to Maine. Our group spans the spectrum from us leisurely folk to some serious "Lance Armstrong" wanna bees.
Most of the serious riders are sporting those 5% body fat frames. I call them the lean and means whereas my group is the fat and nastys. 
Now the 3 or 4 women that accompany us on our weekly rides fall in the category of nice and curvys. Those regular looking ladies are the ones that I will insist on following as they are my "inspiration" to keep on pedaling. Have I told you I love to look and women's curvy butts? If I failed to make that plain.......I do!! Thank heaven for women's butts!!! 
Is there anyone here that rides, either with a group or with your spouse, friends or with a life partner? Where do you ride? On the road or on bike trails? What kind of bike are you riding? A hybrid, an old tanker or a road bike?

I ride on occasion. I'm trying to do it more as I'm working on getting in shape. Just the other day I took a 10 mile ride with a couple friends. Right now I have a borrowed bike and it's not in that great of shape. When I move to Washington I'm hoping to get a better bike and ride a lot more. I'll probably get a hybrid, so I can ride pretty much anywhere. I like riding as I get tired of running and it's a nice break on the feet.

I use to ride mtn bikes when I lived near the Rockies. Now, here in SoCal, I picked up riding on a hybrid sometimes and a road bike. Just rode over 50 miles on SAT. Yep, all in one day. And yes, my butt is sore. I need some ladies to give me some TLC

well at least ya get out and peddle , we just got ours out for the season and going to ride the rail trail....at least its sorta flat all them wisconsin hills might kill me yet lol

Be sure and enjoy your ride. Ride until you get either tired or bored and then turn back. No shame in that!!
