American F*ckin' Idol!!
I'm sitting here about to sign a new loan modification with my mortgage company agreement to avoid the inevitable and my wife's mom is driving us freakin' crazy everyday with her complaining about feeling alone and abandoned (she's 87) but more important than these two things is the more important aspect of current everyday life and that's...........who'll win the final competition on American Idol!! Nothing is more important than that, right? How could it be?
Take for instance, Allison saying that Adam is like a brother to her. Oh yeh right......like there won't be some incest like boinking between those two "siblings"!
Sh*t, then we have Adam (with his eyeliner) and Chris in the final. Who gives a sh*t anyway? Both are Vegas novelty acts at best!
Tell me that 'ole Adam and Ryan Seacrest won't be playing hide the salami after this one's over! I can't f*ckin' wait......
And Simon Cowell? No way he wants a piece of that Adam-Ryan tryst! Yeh right!!
And freakin' brain dead Paula Abdul .......man is she a space shot or what? She needs some of Randy's tube steak if you ask me!
Bottom line here is I f*ckin' hate (with a passion) any mention of Idol, be it on the news(?) or in overhearing conversation at work! It's a moronic and asinine show. The acts are predetermined as to how they'll be presented, be it over-produced to make some seem more talented or to leave the others to fend for themselves with very little in the way of production values and support!
Anybody have a problem with my opinion?

Re: American F*ckin' Idol!!
How do you know so much about a show you hate? Do you watch it?
You know more about it than I do for sure!

My wife dvr's it and watches when I am absent because she knows I'll bad mouth it the entire time it's on screen.
As for too much knowledge of the particulars of the show, I did some research on the contestants and I have a crush on Paula from her younger days as a Laker girl back in the early '80's. What an ass she has!! It's a killer!

Re: American F*ckin' Idol!!
I enjoy Idol in the beginning of each season when prospective contestants try out. Watching some of these tools that think they have talent and make total asses of themselves is something that greatly amuses me. Especially when they walk away crying into the camera about how good they are! Obviously, they dont own a tape recorder!

Re: American F*ckin' Idol!!
The show is a good ice breaker even if I don't watch it, all ya gotta do is mention the show in a crowd and bam...they all start rattling on about who's got voted off, who's gonna win, and all that.
I did try watching it one season, didn't make it very far....about three episodes I think.

Re: American F*ckin' Idol!!
NASCAR is BORING....who the fuck wants to watch a bunch of cars driving around in circles...the few times that i have watched a race, i was hoping to see a crash, face it, that's the real reason most people watch it. but it seems like whenever i watch a race, there is not one single crash, or even a yellow flag, i get bored, change the channel, and then the crash happens, when i'm no longer watching...

Oh yeh, yellow flags happen all the freakin' time during a race. Hell, if Jeff Gordon breaks a nail, the yellow flag comes out!

Re: American F*ckin' Idol!!
I dunno...even though I don't watch it, I can still be happy for someone to get that "big break" that just maybe they would have never stood a chance of getting without the show.
Maybe it's that underdog factor, that a person out of nowhere, with no connections or a ton of money to invest in promotion and demos can actually get a shot at making it?
Maybe it's any show where you can learn a little about the people, and then choose a favorite to root for.
