A female boss...........
I know some men have problems dealing with a female boss. Sometimes it's that macho feeling that won't allow them to be told what to do by a woman. Then sometimes the woman boss will try too hard to be the boss so she'll "overdo" her commands by trying to act like a man instead of just being herself instead of being a man with indoor plumbing!
I happen to be blessed with a job (part time) where all my bosses are women. I am at least 20 years their senior and they respect the fact that I listen to their directives and don't argue with them or ever give them a bad time. I appreciate their burden of running a large car rental operation smoothly. I ran a muffler shop for 25 years so I know how it is to keep things running smoothly.
Anybody have a female superior and have a good relationship? How about a battle everyday?

i work two jobs, both run by women & i have hardly had any problems. but that's just 'cuz i know how to deal with women, being the younger brother to five sisters....

yeah, at times they can be, but then again, they are women! j/k! at one of my jobs, it's run by a husband and wife, (but she really runs the show), and when she gets in a mood, watch out. i usually just do what she tells me, until she leaves, then i go back to the way that i know is right. on top of being the boss...they are the parents of 16...count them...16 kids!!!! it's no wonder she gets kinda cranky once in a while!!!

Ahhh....I was in middle management starting in my early twenties, to allot of much older men and women....gawd ya think women bosses are bitchy??? Geez.....the older women that worked for me were just downright horrible, mean and deceitful for the most part.
I think the older women were far worse than the men that were older than me.
