Men are competing with women for women
...so they say anyway....that more women, even women who have lived a long hetero life, are trying or turning to relationships with other women.
I guess there could be allot of reasons. maybe just more social acceptance of alternative relationships, or are women finding something more or better with a woman than they can with a man? Maybe relationships are easier with the same sex, they can communicate and understand each other better? Maybe after a history of failed female-male failed relationships, women are giving up on men?
Take a guess? I dunno.....

I don't get it myself, there's been times in my life when I've been in general fed up with men, but I just don't think it's at all possible for me to fall in love with or choose a woman as a romantic mate.

I like being with a man way too much, to even consider being with a woman. I'm just not interested. I guess that let's me out of this statistic...

I can understand women (or men)being bi-curious, bi-sexual, because that's sexual, sexual and sexual curiosity...quite normal really I guess.
But as a romantic interests, my true preference is for the opposite sex, and I can't imagine anything at all changing that.

It's been a trend round these parts for years. Seem to start as Bi curiosity but evolved to no men required.

Do you really think its a new trend, or are people just more open about such things now than they were formerly? And there's less social pressure for women to stay in bad relationships with men. Might it not have been that in the past some women stayed in loveless marriages out of economic necessity and social disapproval while having a covert relationship with another woman, while the husband got his sexual release with some other woman, also covertly(or not so covertly)? I guess I'm not sure the "competition" has really increased.

100% agree why. I too thought that. What could be worse, a man not being faithful (or just him not wanting to fuck) or a woman where both here & I are more in tune to what we want. So guys, become more perceptive of what your lady wants. As for me, i'm going to try both!
