Freak out the tweakers....
We could call this a game...ya see, I do live in a very rural area, I have lots of neighbors but there is allot of land between properties.
The house on one side is (sadly) a drug house. They've been busted so many times, I swear, if a visitor drove through our community, they'd think their house was the police station cuz of how many police cars are parked there so often....anyway...yep...they are severe tweakers.
Oh yeah, the tweakers pissed me off. We were just about and around our property the past few days, doing some yard work, walking around and they really tweaked and freaked, kinda funny, but kinda sad really...okay, mostly funny. They started creeping around to see what we were doing.
Like we were some part of a big survelience conspiracy, ya know how tweakers are...anyway, they did a few stupid things and pissed me off...so oh yeah...it is ON!!!
So, how would you freak out tweakers?
I told the hubs when he gets up to pee late at night, to go to the spare room that faces their property and just flip the light switch off and on in a random pattern so it looks like some sort of signal...
I'm gonna put a bright scarf or bandana by the door, and occasionally when I go get the mail, I'll take it with me, stare intently at the heavily wooded area across the road from them and wave it.
I've got an old broken webcam I was going to throw away but I think I'll perch it somewhere where I know they will spot it and run the cord to nowhere, just so it looks like it's hooked up to something...

I think what you're doin' is frikin hilarious!!!! Nothin' like that goin' on around here.... at the moment... but this is a bit similar, since these guys were dope heads. When the majority of us kids were living at home at the same time, my brother's friends would pass out on the couch.... the youngest boy and I would grab pot lids and metal spoons... I think you know the rest...

Any time you get a call on your cell phone, no matter who from, or any time you make a call, no matter whom to, step outside and stare intently at the house next door while you talk.

By the way, I have never heard the term "tweaker" used for "druggie". Does it refer to any certain kind of drug?

you live in a rural area, right? i'm assuming that the mailboxes are on posts? take that broken webcam, and attach it to a pole or something so it's aimed at their mailbox...

Tweaker ---- methamphetamine users....tweaking refers to the way the stay up for days at a time, fixating on stupid things and tasks....often they are in a very heightened state of paranoia.
It's their paranoia that pissed me off recently, geez...creeping around the bushes trying to listen in and see what me and the hubs were doing and talkin' about....cryin' out loud, we were looking at a flower bed talkin' about perennials and mulch!!
I'll give 'em something to tweak about!

i got me a great idea...what if a bunch of us WN guys all showed up in black Caddys wearing black suits and shades, and started rootin' through the bushes and searchin' the yard....making like we were looking for something??? any volunteers to go with me? PA, NRG, you guys with me?
after we get done, we can all laugh about it on Chazzy's front porch!!!

I got a bunch for ya, I'm sorry if you can't do them, but it's be really funny to do if you could. Remember safety first, Tweakers will lash out if they feel overly threatened and do so for things we wouldn't understand why.
Get your laptop, a lawn chair, and a pair of BIG binoculars and sit in your front yard while doing your computer stuff (while you're here ) and occasionally look through your binoculars at their house, especially when you see movement.
Even better, keep a notepad with you and doodle every time after you "notice" them
If you have any lawn decorations, point them so all the eyes face their house, and make sure they all have a clear view of their house.
Get one of those flashing blue lights for the cars that the voluntary firefighters use (never use it though, that's illegal...)
Wear dark clothes and sit in a van with the binoculars pointed at their house all night. (or set up some sort of dummy to do it.
Leave a light on in a room and cut out a silhouette so it looks like someone's staring out the window at their house all night.
When you know they're not home, leave a blank card in their mailbox or stuffed into their door.
Setup a radio to a light diode, make it so it blinks whenever Morse Code is being received by the radio, and point the diode out your window, set it to a popular channel for Morse Code.
Get a laser pointer and shoot it into their rooms from the woods nearby (wear all black at night so they can't see you )
Set off Fire Crackers in a metal garbage can while driving in a car unknown to them past their house. Open windows... Pointing some sort of metal thing outside the window.
Play loud music and pretend there's none playing if they interact with you.
If they interact with you, pretend there's some really loud noises that you can hear, even if it's completely silent.
Let's just say, I have a few druggie friends

Chazzy the biggest way to freak them out is to do nothing. I mean for you and hubby to sneak in your house, try not to let them see you at all. But at the same time let them see you trying to hide all the while carrying a camera, know what I mean

You're right Kinky, it takes very little to totally freak out a paranoid tweaker...they freak out over imaginary things like tree people.
I have sat in my yard with binoculors cuz I have quite a few birdfeeders and I like to birdwatch a little, I like to walk the property, check on newly planted trees, see what wildlife is around.
Apparently, they have been so busy spying and worrying about us, they haven't seen the cops walking up to the front door with the search warrants.
Oh gawd...she must be crashing, she's outside her front door right now having some sort of ranting screaming rage fit....

On one of the fishing sites I'm on we have a name that bird thread where you post a picture and everyone tries to figure out what kind it is. It's really cool cause we get the kids involved so they learn too

have a few friends come over dressed in dark suits,earpieces, maybe a few in SWAT type gear,hiding behind bushes, peeking around cars, being obvious,about not being obvious

I'm going out with my coffee to fill birdfeeders, check on the bedding plants I put in a few days ago, just stuff like that....I think once in awhile while I'm out, I'll pull up the collar of my shirt and talk into it like I've seen the narcs wearing a wire on TV and movies do...

It's been a mess next door lately, raging fits of rants, she locked him out of the house most of the morning, so maybe some of the freak 'em out tactics are getting to them!

Talking about tweakers, today some stupid ass tried to run his car into the bus of our royal family. result: no one of the royal family hurt (happily) but 4 dead and 10 wounded. Crazy people on our mother earth.
