Hi, I'm new today and looks like I'll have to pay up to meet someone for some action. Does it happen like that? Totaly new to this and I don't want to waste my time or money for nothing you know?

As a non-VIP,You can still use the chatrooms, and all non-VIPs can contact any VIPs...a non-vip can only send naughty notes to another non-vip, (but you can always meet up in the chatrooms!)
So...you can do quite allot with your free account.
