Not live, but a friend sent me a clip of a cop giving the operator of one a DWI ticket.
Also, another spoof of a cop chasing down a guy DWI on a riding lawn mower!

I've seen a DWI vid clip for a lawn mower too, golf cart and a tractor (Tru TV "Smoking Gun Presents Worlds Dumbest..." is one of my fav shows to watch!)
