Yeh, Yeh, Yeh............
My wife said it was time to put away the winter clothes and take out the summer clothes. That little project entails bringing up the big plastic containers full of the summer clothes, from the storage in the basement. Their are 12 containers, laden with about 75-25 split in ownership, hers being the bigger number.
I carry all the containers up the basement full of the summer clothes while she starts to empty out her dresser and her closet of the winter stuff. She promises to "thin out the herd" by discarding some of her sweaters and pants. You have to understand that this woman has somewhere near 35 sweaters, most are of the expensive type and roughly 20-25 pairs of pants.
Well guess what? She'll agonize over those very pants and sweaters, saying "oh no, I can't through this one out. I paid too much to get rid of that one. Do you realize what I paid for that"?! And again, I have to struggle with those heavily laden plastic container back down those same stairs with the same items from the year before that she promised to weed out.
I had to buy 2 more containers this year........guess what they were for?
Do you have any items that you promised to get rid of but you just can't toss out?

Re: Yeh, Yeh, Yeh............
Most of my clothes just stay in the dresser. I use to do that but not so much any more. It was a pain in the butt doing it. I just went through and took out what I don't wear or is too small or is too big and got rid of them.
