Like most sites, I suppose it is made up of mostly men. What I want to know, as a man, is this site worth the money and effort?

Oh yes most definetly... but everybody utilizes the site differently for whatever works for them and everybody has different expectations. You only get what you put into it... the results can be very satisfying if the goal has been achieved. For me I'm very happy with my results. You can't really appreciate all the benefits of this site until you become a VIP... for the guys anyway
