You've got to be sh*ttin' me.........
Three brain dead 15 and 16y/o kids decided to go on a vandalism rampage in the Hartford Ct area this past weekend. They went around and smashed 60 car windows for sh*ts and giggles. These three bright bulbs were apprehended shortly afterward.
Yesterday, the three were arraigned in court with their parents in attendance. A number of the victims of their carnage also attended the proceeding. After the arraignment is where it turns ridiculous.
One of the fathers of the three dickheads had the balls to say to a reporter "yeah, what they did was wrong but I blame the state for not giving these kids something to do"
......................H U H?
Where were you when it was time to teach your stupid f*ck of an offspring right from wrong? Maybe too busy buying him a cell phone and a computer for his room? Was this the extent of your quality time spent with your kid? Aren't you freakin' embarrassed with the whole situation, what with your little prick facing a judge?
...................wow...........................
Am I over simplifying this or do you agree with me about the absurdity of this whole situation?

Re: You've got to be sh*ttin' me.........
I couldnt agree with you more Bill. And you also have to consider the trickle down effect to the people whose cars were vandalized. Obviously, we dont know for sure, but there could have been someone who didnt have glass coverage and is likely to cost them over $1000 to repair their car; A parent who was supposed to pick up their kid(s)from day care; a job applicant on their way to a final job interview; someone on their way to receive a chemo treatment; a Meals on Wheels volunteer leaving to deliver a hot meal to the elderly; A VNA or Hospice worker going to a patient who needs their scheduled service, perhaps even an insulin shot; and quite possibly, a State Lawmaker who was scheduled to propose a program to give youths options to occupy their time doing something other than smashing up other peoples cars!

Absolutely Free.......I hadn't even thought about any of those contingencies. That would even make this incident even more ridiculous and heinous!

Hey, you gotta log on to (Edited) and check out the story about "teens busted in car vandalism spree" and the comments from that dad who uttered that stupid statement about the state's "obligation" to finding the kids something to do. You'll feel like slapping the sh*t out of that dad!

You are seeing it more and more, When my son was about 16 I slapped him in the mouth for something he said, He told me he was going to call the cops cause I cant do that. Long story short he never called, guess he did not want to see what abuse was. But he did say something to a cop once and the cop just looked at him and said what did you do? And he told him don't try that unless you are bruised really bad or bleeding cause the cops wont go for it.

yep, i remember a kid that was a major trouble maker, and his dad threatened to hit him, there were school counselors and police officers and lawyers involved. the old man told the judge "what am i supposed to do when he's out causing trouble? if i can't discipline him, then you are assured to be seeing him again, and again...." (and he was right, the kid ended up in prison for attempted manslaughter)

Re: You've got to be sh*ttin' me.........
After the arraignment of these turds on Monday and even after the dumb f*ck dad made his oh so stupid statement, there was a big confrontation in the parking lot between some of the victims of the vandalism and the dumb f*cks and their respective parents. Luckily, police officers were nearby to break up a potential melee.
The whole situation was elevated by that stupid mother f*cker of a dad repeating what he said on camera only moments before.
