Ha Ha HA or La La La
What do you think lifts yours spirits more, laughing or music?
I"ve found that both seem to be pretty vital to my mental health....ideally, a hilarious comedy with a great alt music soundtrack will always put me in a good mood,
But either one can too, I just love to laugh of course, and some music does make the chores more of a pleasure.

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
Love working to music, whether I'm listening to it or just singing outloud....
A good comedy, some good laugh time....better than any Pharmaceutical mood elevator

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
Both! Music - like Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, Clapton, Eagles, etc. Enjoy Adventure/Comedy and Suspense/Comedy movies.
Not one of the choices - But, the photos of all the ladies/women, here at WN, lifts up my spirit!

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
Sometimes when I'm out working in the yard, I like to sing silly old folk songs...one reason is just cuz I'm in a happy mood, and secondly, I'm so sure it really, really tweaks the crap outta the meth freaks next door....

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
Music is always a good mood lifter. The laughing is good too. Either at someone else [prefered] or myself[happens often]
So Chazzy, when you move to WI?

I love to listen to the song "Here comes the sun", but lately the only thing that can make me laugh well is my son. He is so funny, innocent and just exciting to watch grow up.

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
I've, over time....have become a Jack Black fan.
Tenacious D is something my brother introduced me too.
A few of his movies I just love, "School Of Rock" and "Pick of Destiny" are a good mix of humor and music.
"Nacho Libre"
"When you are a man, sometimes you wear the stretchy pants"
That part just kills me!!!

Re: Ha Ha HA or La La La
Would that be from the animated movie, about the kung fu Panda? I know Jack Black did the voice over for the main Panda character.
